Praying a 5 circuit heart of Chartres labyrinth by Jill K H Geoffrion

Drawing and Walking Labyrinths in Kampot, Cambodia

Having been introduced to labyrinths and having become familiar with labyrinth prayer, the Cambodian participants of the Spiritual Journey workshop learned how to draw a 3 circuit and a 7 circuit labyrinth.

After praying their paper labyrinths with their fingers, they prayed the 5-circuit heart of Chartres labyrinth with their feet.

Participants (and their children) walked the labyrinth during breaks.

The labyrinth served as a wonderful tool for deep reflection, release, and prayer.
